Weekend Rides

Club activities – week commencing 21st May 2018

Please see below details of the club social rides and other activity details for this week. With the change in ‘rules’ at Turweston Saturday rides will now be to Waterperry Garden Centre.

It’s a three day weekend with the bank holiday so as always we’re looking for plenty of ride leaders for the weekend social rides. Please contact me via Facebook or email me at rides@bmcc2000.com if you can lead a ride.

There are four ride cancellations this weekend – the Saturday A+ &amp B rides and the Sunday A+ & C rides. Please read the note at the bottom of the page for advice on what to do if your ride is cancelled.

Participation in Bicester Millennium club rides and events is strictly at your own risk and liability. You are strongly advised to obtain 3rd Party Liability Insurance. You can do this easily by taking out membership of either British Cycling

Please see below details of the club social rides and other activity details for this week. Saturday rides will be to Cotefield Nursery. With it being a bank holiday there are three days of riding so lots of ride leaders needed this weekend.

There is also the 25 mile solo Time Trial at Weston on the Green on Tuesday and a 50/50 ride on Thursday evening (keep an eye on the Facebook page for details). There will be no junior coaching at The Cooper School on Saturday as the coaches are away on a training course or are away racing.Read more

In addition to the normal social rides we also have this year’s second Taster Ride being led by David Andrew and Yvonne Jones. Hopefully this month’s Taster will be as successful as last month.

There is also the 4up Time Trial at Weston on the Green on Tuesday (no solos) and a 50/50 ride on Thursday evening (keep an eye on the Facebook page for details) and junior coaching at The Cooper School.
