(When the route was reccied, it took 2 riders 4.25 hours to the café (although - one puncture, one pedal fell off, one broken spoke and one lost tool bag on the way) and 2 hours or so back from there. There are 6 significant climbs including the one to the café, and many less significant lumpy bits. Spare food should be carried.)
